Will I receive an order confirmation?

After you submit your order you will automatically receive an order confirmation email from us. For this reason, it is very important that you provide us with a current email address when registering. If you have not received an email from us within 30 minutes of submitting your order, please contact our Customer Service Department (email: eshop@opus-fashion.com, phone: +49 (0)1803 – 678700 (9 cents/min. from a landline, max. 42 cents/min. from a mobile network). We also recommend that you regularly check your spam filter for incoming emails.

Can I also order by telephone?

For your own security, we only take orders in the OPUS Online Shop; orders by telephone, fax or email cannot be accepted.

What is the minimum order value?

In the OPUS Online Shop the minimum order value is 25 Euros per order.

What types of payment do you accept?

In the OPUS Online Shop you have the possibility of paying on account, by credit card, giropay, cash on delivery or automatic debit transfer. However, we reserve the right to restrict use of the payment methods listed on an individual basis to one or more methods. Please note that the method of payment cannot be changed once the order has been placed.

How long do I have to pay my invoice?

Please send your payment, including invoice and customer number, to the following bank account within 14 days upon receipt of the products: Kreissparkasse Wiedenbrück, Acct. no.: 52233, BIN: 478 535 20.

How does the cash on delivery payment work?

The invoice amount is to be paid to the delivering carrier upon receipt of the merchandise. Though there are no additional charges from OPUS, there is a cash on delivery fee in the amount of € 2.00, which is also to be paid directly to the carrier in addition to the value of the goods.

How are credit card payments processed?

For credit card payments, the card is charged at the time the goods are shipped. The customer assures that they are authorised to pay with the credit card. In the event that goods are returned, your credit card account will be credited for the amount as quickly as possible, once your return has been processed in our logistics centre. When entering your credit card data please pay special attention to the correct entry of your card number, the period of validity and the verification number.

What are my options for paying with giropay?

With giropay you make your payment easily, securely and quickly with an online transfer via online banking at your bank or savings bank. For further information please refer to: www.giropay.de.

How do I redeem a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code to redeem, you may enter this during the order process in the respective input field. Then, the voucher will be subtracted from your invoice amount. Please note that all voucher codes can only be redeemed online and are valid only once per order. A credit note cannot be issued for an order that has already been placed, the voucher can only be redeemed with the next order.

How long is the delivery time?

At OPUS the delivery time is between 1 and 3 workdays.

Will I receive a shipping confirmation?

As soon as your parcel leaves our logistics centre, you will automatically receive a shipping confirmation by email. If you do not receive an email within 1 - 3 workdays, please contact our Customer Service Department: (email: eshop@opus-fashion.com, phone: +49 (0)1803 – 678700 (9 cents/min. from a landline, max. 42 cents/min. from a mobile network).

How is the shipment processed?

We work together with DHL in shipping your package. With their 20,000 subsidiaries and partner subsidiaries in addition to 2,500 packaging stations all across Germany, we have a strong partner and are thus able to make shipping, as well as returning your package as simple as possible. The DHL delivers your goods directly to your home. If you are not at home when your package is delivered, it will be held for you for 7 workdays in a post office near you.

Can I also have my package shipped to a packaging station?

Of course you can also have your order shipped to one of the 2,500 DHL packaging stations. After a one-time registration you can pick up your package around the clock at the selected packaging station. The DHL will inform you by email or text messaging as soon as your package is ready for pick-up. If during the order process you should decide to have your package delivered to a packaging station, please enter the post number in the field marked "company", the packaging station number in the field marked "street" and also the postal code and city in the respective fields. Thank you for your cooperation!

How does the package tracking work?

You will find a so-called "tracking link" in your shipping confirmation email, with which you can comfortably follow the processing of your DHL package online at all times.

Can I provide a delivery address which deviates from the invoice address?

Naturally, in the OPUS Online Shop we offer you the possibility of shipping your package directly to any address of your choice which deviates from your private address.

What happens if I am not at home to receive the delivery?

In the event that you are not at home when delivery is attempted, you will receive a notification card from our shipping partner DHL, and your package will be directly taken to a post office in your vicinity and held there for you. You can pick up your package within the next 7 workdays before it is sent back to us.

What do I need to do to return an item?

You may return the items ordered to the OPUS Online Shop free of charge within 14 days of merchandise receipt. In order to avoid unnecessary effort and cost in shipping the return, only use the enclosed return shipping label for this purpose. In addition, fill out the return slip and place this inside the package. Please keep the package delivery slip from DHL as this facilitates research for subsequent inquiries or package loss. Only items purchased in the OPUS Online Shop can be returned and credited.

What do I do if I forget my password?

In this case use our "forgot password" function. You will find it at the following link: http://www.opus-fashion.com/de/shop_account_password You will receive an email with a new password shortly.

Can I add something to my order after completion of the order process?

As soon as you submit your order to the OPUS Online Shop it is transferred directly to the OPUS logistics centre in order to ensure you the quickest possible delivery. Subsequent changes cannot be made to your order.

Can I also place an order using the OPUS return slip?

No, orders can only be made using the OPUS online shop. It is not possible to place an exchange order or a new order using the return slip.

What do I need to know when placing an order from Austria?

Please note that not all payment methods are possible in Austria.
